Chocolate Chewy Cookies (Pareve)

Ingredients

1 pound powdered sugar
1/2 cup egg whites (4 eggs)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
4 cups pecan pieces

10 Pcs Cake Stand White Plastic Dessert Table

Instructions

Mix powdered sugar, egg whites and cocoa by hand with a spoon.
Add pecans.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on parchment-lined cookie sheets
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cookies are done when they can be easily lifted from parchment. Do not overbake!
